Visit Shop 55, where studio art glass shares space with hand-thrown stoneware, polish pottery, and classic kitchen companions. Fused glass plates come in a range of patterns and colors. Glass paperweights include millefiori canes, controlled-bubble designs, and an egg-shaped weight with a parrot painted on it. Among them are glass figures of fish and dolphins and porcelain birds. Hand-blown vases fill out the studio art glass section including a tall turquoise vase and an iridescent vase with a pulled-feather pattern. there are also footed glass bowls, glass votives, and a tall teal pitcher with matching tumblers.
The kitchenware section is filled with polish pottery including a Boleslawiec peacock-eye cheese dome, Pfaltzgraff Yorktowne bowls, and Corning Ware Spice of Life and Country Festival patterns. There is also hand-thrown stoneware in the form of a honey pot, banded canisters, and amber and brown drip-glaze bowls. There are also figural pieces shaped like rabbits, cows, and pigs, and frogs.
