Hand-carved trays, turned candlesticks & brass compotes in warm browns...
Visit Shop 9, where carved wood and brass decor sits across the tables and the open shelving along the lattice wall. A five-section hardwood serving tray, hand-carved and polished to a warm red-brown, anchors the console table. Beside it sit a carved jar with a relief band and a small vessel scored in a pineapple pattern. Brass works alongside the wood here. A pedestal compote holds an etched floral bowl, with a barley-twist candlestick standing next to it. A hammered brass bowl and a set of three tall brass candlesticks hold either end of the table. Turned candlesticks in pale oak, wooden pineapple dishes and a carved duck decoy fill out the shelves above and below.
Studio pottery runs through the rest of the space. One green metal rack carries hand-thrown mugs across five shelves, in speckled, drip and matte glazes. Blue-banded stoneware, a cobalt mug painted with a fish panel and Scandinavian folk-motif mugs in orange and green sit with them. Stoneware goblets, a tall footed chalice and a small speckled vase hold the low shelf. A banded terracotta vase, a drip-glazed jar and a striped ball vase share the metal etagere with the carved wood and brass decor. A dark charger glazed in rust and black stands on an iron easel, and a square plate glazed in amber spirals leans behind it.
Additional finds include hand-blown glass in smoke and olive, with tall pitchers, goblets on black stems and a green textured vase. Cane and rattan folding screens line the back wall, and two folding wood wine racks stand in front of them. Pine crates at the front of the space hold framed work, including a lighthouse watercolor, a blue magnolia canvas and a signed Siamese cat portrait. Carved owls, two jointed artist mannequins, woven baskets and block candles with Peace and Love reliefs fill the smaller tables. The carved wood and brass decor sets the palette, browns, greens and warm metal, from small turned boxes up to floor vases and folding screens. The whole corner in one frame: hand-thrown stoneware on the etagere, brass and carved wood across the console table, cane folding screens along the back and pine crates of framed art out front. 
A 1970s gift shelf reassembled: Peace and Love block candles, an orange owl candle, a wood heart box, folding wine racks and smoke glass stemware.
